Call Center’s Call Recording Service can be added to your free 0800 number to record incoming calls automatically. The recordings are sent straight to your email inbox as audio MP3 files. There’s no limit to how long the calls can be and you can change the destination email whenever you wish.
When customers call the 0800 number, they’re played a recorded message to tell them the call may be recorded for monitoring or training purposes. You can choose what this message will say. You then pick up the call and carry on your conversation in the normal way.
