You’ll need some additional 0800 or other NGN numbers (such as 0345 or 0208), all of which you can monitor in real time via your personal online portal. For large scale tracking you can monitor an unlimited amount of separate numbers.

So, for example, you could use a different 0800 number in five different newspaper advertisements – choose an 0800 for your website – and perhaps an 0208 for your direct mail shots. All you have to do is check your online portal and the facts are there in black and white. You can see, at a glance, which ads, which publications, which day of the week and which size ads are more cost-effective for your business.
