Automatically redirect incoming calls to different numbers such as outside office hours

With Call Distribution activated on your free 0800 line, you can choose where the incoming calls are redirected to and when this happens. And you can change these target numbers as often as you want using your online dashboard.

For example, you can redirect to a new number if the original destination number is engaged or unanswered.

Or you can choose where calls are directed to depending on the time of day or day of week. For example, you might choose to answer calls at your office 9am to 5pm, and outside of these hours on your mobile phone. Plus a completely different number at weekends and on bank holidays.

To handle your calls more efficiently, eg at busy times, you can set up the redirection by percentages, so that 60% of your calls go to one line, 30% to another and the remaining 10% to a third, for example.

You can even direct the 0800 line to multiple phones simultaneously, so all your numbers ring at once to make sure one of your team picks up the incoming call.
